First select a Drill set, then select an individual Drill within the set. Press the "Begin Drill" button to start the drill.
Drills are made up of sessions that will pace your eye movement using Tachistoscope technology. You will typically want to train with one Drill Set at a time. Some Drill Sets are more agressive than others.
The Drills Set that start with the "#" character are part of the original program set. When working with these Drill Sets, you will want to perform the individual Drills in the order shown.
